Due to changes in tax and customs charges, particularly in Europe and the United States, we have temporarily closed our online store for shipping outside of Canada.

We are working to resolve the situation and hope to resume international shipping shortly.

CONFIRMATION AND PROCESSING TIME 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 working hours. If you do not receive an email confirmant your purchase, please contact us at service@cavadesoi.com. 

Processing times for standard orders are 2-3 business days and for priority orders 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery in Canada is carried out by Fedex Ground or CanadaPost and is offered to you free or charge. Express delivery is also available in Canada for an additional cost of $25. 

We offer local delivery from the Head Office, within a radius of 20 km and we offer the option of pick-up in all stores, within 2-4 days 

Delivery outside of Canada is carried out by Fedex Express at the cost that applies below:

CUSTOMS AND TAX FEES 

Custom duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout, therefore there are no additional costs to pay upon receipt of the package. 

TRACKING INFORMATION 

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow the delivery steps.
